DRINKING WATER

The school provides potable drinking water to each student thus saving the small and tender children from carrying extra load of plastic water bottles. For clean and cold water in summer, water coolers have been installed as per requirement.

MEDICAL FACILITIES

The school provides first AID facility to each and every student and takes care of students beyond first AID if required to get them hospitalised

Transport

The  Institute owns a well-managed transport fleet. Full time conductor is engaged to assist the small kids while stepping up and down the bus. Driver and Conductor both are seen in full uniform while on board. The buses are well furnished with updated documentation. Regular service of vehicle is done for their smooth functioning.

Accommodation

Modern Educational Institute Ghagwal is located on the eastern side of Bus stand Ghagwal. The building is three storey most modern and well ventilated. There are total 26 rooms, out of which 15 are class rooms, 02 are examination hall, one hall for Multimedia facility and other are used for administrative work. Each child is allotted a single desk of 3’X3’ for seating during study. Every room is fitted withfour fans and there is proper ventilation. A strong railing is installed for safety of small children. To avoid rush separate stairs for boys and girls have been constructed. 

Examination

To access the academic performance of the students unit and terminal exams are conducted at regular intervals. Regular class tests after completion of each chapter or unit. The performance of students is shared with their parents in PTM held on the last working day of every month. For Board classes regular pre-board exams are conducted or board style question papers to enhance the sitting and writing capacity of the students. The school is showing best results in the area for board classes since inception. The top scores students are facilitated for their achievement at every platform.
